Linda, a native of Illinois, began her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University. She received an Associates Degree from a division of New York University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Michigan State University. In 1980 she then earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Linda knows that designing a unique and thoughtful experience for each client can make the best of the most difficult of transitions. In seeking excellence and high standards, she embodies the Sutton Advisors’ core value of quality.

Linda is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and licensed in insurance. She is a Past President of the Greater Lansing Women’s Council of Realtors, where she was named ‘Woman of the Year.’ Along with her husband Jerry, she received Western Michigan University Cooley Law School’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award in 2003.
